Our credit card authorization service uses secure socket layer (SSL) software
which is the industry standard and among the best software available today
for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. HijabsOnline.com understands
the threat of privacy issues and so the credit card information is not availalbe
to HijabsOnline.com employees as well if the credit card information is entered online,
all the employees see is customer shipment information.

As you might expect from HijabsOnline.com, the majority of information that we collect
is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online
collection of personal information. We also collect information offline, where we
also protect the privacy of you personal information. One example involves someone
calling us to place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask
only for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer
the question. When we need to store information (such as order information), we
will enter it into our database through SSL encryption. (See the Data Security section

As of March 2009 Hijabsonline.com is starting a Hijab Lucky Draw, two winner will
recieve each $25 worth of free hijabs and still qualify for free shipping. The Lucky
Draw winners will be drawn on the 5th every month.

Q. How do i qualify for it?
You will qualify for the Monthly Lucky draw by one of the following ways :
a. You have done a purchase in the current month
b. You have enrolled in our newsletter in the current month, enrolling in the previous
months will not qualify you for a lucky draw for the current month.
c. Update your enrollment by re-entering your email address in the newletter section
on the home page.

Q. I am already enrolled in your newsletter from one
of previous months, do I still qualify for the lucky draw this month?
No, you will have to re-enter your email address in the newletter section of the
home page again, even though this might tell you that you are already enrolled for
the newletter but will refresh our database with your entry and qualify you for
the currenty month's lucky draw. so make sure to re-enter your email address every
month to qualify for the current months lucky draw.

Q. Why am I diqualified from the draw?
Only one entry per email address will be allowed, multiple entries comming from
the same machine ( we track by IP address of your machine) will cause you to be
disqualified.

Q. How will I be notified if I am Lucky draw winner?
An email notification will be sent to you with a special code, You will have to
contact us and confirm the code. Feel free to shop your $25 worth hijabs after that
for no price.

Yes, If you are residing in United States, for any other countries you will have to pay for the shipping price.
