Q1: What would be my shipping charges? 
A: USPS First class ground shipping for all orders below $40.00 and Priority Mail for orders over $40  is free of charge.


Q:2 What are the different Shipping Options that you ship with and can you explain them to me?
A:
USPS First Class Mail : Take 5-7 business days to reach you.
USPS Priority Mail : Takes 2-3 business days to reach you.
Delivery Confirmation #: this is a USPS Order tracking # that you can check from the internet and gives the delivery status of the Package.
Signature Confirmation #: This gives you an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts your package.
Insurance: Insure your package for what its contents are worth, the fee that we charge is the same as the insurance purchased at the post office. If you have insurance on your package and the package is lost or does not get to you in time, we will ship you out another package with your what you have ordered and take the reponsiblity of filing the insurance claim with the post office. Check out the USPS website for all the insurance rates at http://www.usps.com/insurance/welcome.htm.

Q3: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Depends on the shipping services that you have selected. For a detailed explaination of the shipping services check out the question " What are the different Shipping Options that you ship with and can you explain them to me?" which is metioned above.


Q4: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to USA only at this time but inshalla will be expanding to other countries very soon.


Q5: Is there any Re-stocking fee for returned orders?
A: Yes, starting Jan 2008 there is a re-stocking fee of 15% on all orders returned.


Q6: In how many days should i return a product that i have purchased?
A: You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, please make sure u notify us before shipping it to us if not you will be changed the initial shipping charges that we have paid towards providing you free shipping + restocking fee of 15%. 


Q7: Need to Return or Exchange Your Purchase?  
Please refer to the question above. In addition to that the returns should be in in the condition you received them and in the original box with the tag( if there is one) and invoice explaining the problem. 


Q8: Can I return or exchange the products that i have purchased when they were on sale?
A: As of Jan 2008 we will not take any products back for either return or exchange if they have been purchased on sale price, we do not make much off the products that we sell on sale and so can not take them back, your co-operation is highly appreciated.

Q9: I think i mentioned the wrong shipping address in my order, what happens now? 
A: Al-hamdullila, almost all the times it gets returned back to us in which case we will ship it back to you on your new address but only if you pay for shipping charges, HijabSonline will not be accountable for this, in a case you are not interested in the order any more, we will charge you a restocking fee of 15% + deduct the shipping charges that we have paid for and then refund the rest.
